 My name is Neil Bates.

Originally from the "mainland" US, I have lived in Hawaii since 1983. I love it here.
- I own several units in Tradewinds Plaza, Liliuokalani Gardens, and Seaside
Towers that I rent out as vacation Rentals and sometimes as long term rentals.
- I have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
- I enjoy running, weight lifting and renovating.
- Formerly a Nuclear Chief Test Engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.
- I also am a partner and the Principal Broker at Pacific Oasis Realty, LLC. We are
located in Waikiki.

Staman. Originally from Hong Kong, she is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese
and Japanese.
